Everything your band does,
in one app.
Get the members together. Build a song library. Find a practice date. Bring the rehearsal audio in and talk about it. Put the set in order and hand it to everyone before the show. All of it in one place.

A band runs on five different tools.
Songs live in a notes app, dates in the group chat, the set on paper, rehearsal audio in voice memos. Nothing is where you need it when you need it.
Everything is in a different place
Keys in one app, backing tracks in another, the running order as a screenshot. Only the person who made it knows where anything is.
The chat scrolls away
You post the practice date and the set. The next day both are buried, and on the day someone asks which version is current.
You rebuild it from scratch every time
Nearly the same songs as last show, typed in again. The slot length changes, so you do all the arithmetic again.
From forming the band to walking off stage.
A band does things in a certain order. Setlii is built to be used in that order.
- 1
Create the band
Name it and add parts. Members can join by invite, or you can add them by name alone. Deps and stand-ins fit in the same list.
- 2
Build the song library
Store the songs you actually play, with key, tempo, length and a reference track. From the next set onward you are choosing, not typing.
- 3
Find a practice date
Collect everyone’s free time and see where it overlaps. No more twenty messages asking who is available.
- 4
Bring in the rehearsal audio and review it
Import the audio from practice and leave a comment at the exact second something went wrong. Everyone can hear the same spot before the next practice.
- 5
Build the set
Songs, MCs and cues on one timeline. The running total updates as you go, so you can trim until it fits the slot.
- 6
Hand it to everyone
Share the finished running order as a link. Members open it in a browser, with or without the app.
What it does
Bands and members
Keep several bands. Songs and setlists stay separated per band, even if you play in three of them.
Members carry a part (vocals, guitar, bass, drums, keys) and a flag for whether they are core or filling in. People without an account can be added by name, so nothing blocks you from starting.
Shared song library
The songs you play, stored once for the whole band: key, tempo, length, chords, reference audio.
Enter a song once and pick it forever. Fix the song details and every setlist using it updates too.
Setlists with songs, MCs and cues
Not just songs. Talking, changeovers and video rolls sit on the same timeline, with a live running total.
You can see how far over the slot you are at any moment. Play a shortened version of one song for this show without touching the original.
Scheduling
Gather the times everyone is free and surface the overlap.
Made to kill the back-and-forth before you book a room. The agreed date stays on the band calendar.
Comments on rehearsal audio
Import the audio you recorded at practice and leave comments at the exact second. (Record with your usual voice memo app — Setlii takes the file.)
Recording alone is nothing special. What Setlii adds is that the recording becomes something the band can discuss. Write "the stop at 2:14 is rushing" and everyone arrives at the next practice having heard the same four seconds. You argue from audio instead of memory.
Share by link
Share a setlist as a URL — public, sign-in required, or editable.
The person receiving it needs nothing installed. Works for a dep who joins for one show, or for the other band on the bill.
Your members do not need to install anything.
Setlists are shared as a link. Whoever receives it opens it in a browser — no account, no install. Unlike a message in the group chat, it is still there next week, and it always shows the current version.
